You can't go wrong.  Kathie teaches a Vinyasa-style flow class that will take you from sweating to the best relaxation you'll have that day!

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer is an original workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.  You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.  It's great for beginners or athletes - class size is limited - pre-registration is required.  


Tuesdays - 6:00 - 6:30 p.m.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and just plain 'ole riding on a flat - seated and standing. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout - you get awesome cardio and a lot of sweat in a short amount of time. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music. Get prepared for the workout of your life! Water and towels are a must!

Your core is a complex series of muscles, extending far beyond your abs, including everything besides your arms and legs. It is incorporated in almost every movement of the human body and that's why it is sooooooo important to keep strong!
